I became a teacher to share my talent in art and help others with these God given talents to explore them and use their talent to share with others.

My student was chosen as a finalist in a fashion competition we entered and they flew us to Abu Dhabi, where we competed. My student teams in Fashion were chosen by Microsoft and Best Buy for commercials that ran globally , which show sustainable fashion examples. We were chosen again the next year and competed in Monaco. This year my students will travel to Ireland to show their design in the finals. Each time we have met up with 6 countries and 60 groups of students around the world.

I would like to put it towards my twins’ college tuition. They are in their 3rd year of college. One of our sons was recently diagnosed with a rare neurological disease called CIDP. He lost time in school so this will help make up for the credits he lost when transferring to a college nearby and the extra cost of those bills.
