Tell us why you became a teacher

I became a teacher because I believe education is the foundation of a better future. It empowers individuals, opens doors to opportunities, and transforms lives. I strongly believe in the philosophy of “each one teach one.” My journey into teaching was deeply inspired by my niece. Seeing her curiosity, growth, and the impact that education had on her made me realize the power of teaching. It motivated me to step into this profession with passion and dedication.

Tell us about your most memorable teaching experience

One of my most memorable teaching experiences was teaching my niece how to read. It was a moment filled with patience, joy, and a deep sense of fulfillment. Watching her struggle with letters and sounds at first, then slowly gaining confidence, and finally reading her first words was truly inspiring and what ultimately made me look into become a teacher.

What would you do with the $25,000?

If I were given $25,000, I would donate it to charity because I believe in making a positive impact on the lives of those in need. Education has always been my passion, so I would choose charities that focus on providing quality education, school supplies, and resources to underprivileged children. Every child deserves the opportunity to learn and grow, and financial barriers should never stand in the way of their success.
