I became a teacher because of all the regular responses of wanting to change kids lives but also because these kids are the future of our country and their success lies in getting a good education. I can’t wait to watch these kids change the world some day and know that I gave them the tools to do that.
Tell us about your most memorable teaching experienceMy most memorable teaching experience came when I started my career teaching in Brooklyn NY. I was a brand new teacher and those kids and I learned and grew together…it gave me the tools and foundation to be the teacher I am today 20 years later.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would use the money to pay off debt and finish projects on my home finally.
