I became a teacher to help students like myself. I was a child who struggled in school for a multitude of factors. One being my ADHD. I was the child that child, the one that gave my teachers extra grey hair! I had a few amazing teachers that changed my life. I aspire to continue their legacy and help all of my students find their true potential!
Tell us about your most memorable teaching experienceI think my most memorable moments is once a child has moved on out of my class but they come back to share their successful moments with me. Or when they come back to talk about a struggle. Knowing that even though I am not their current teacher. I made a big enough impact that they still want to share their lives with me.
What would you do with the $25,000?Honestly, I'd love to say I would do all these things. But, I am.back in school and unfortunately am paying out of pocket. So, I would put it towards paying off my previous student loans and keep me up to date on my education, that way I have the opportunity to become the best teacher I can be.
