From a young age, I aspired to a fulfilling career. I've always been passionate about understanding others' challenges and finding solutions. My career as an educator fulfills my desire to guide others in discovering their passions.
Tell us about your most memorable teaching experienceMy most memorable teaching experience just happened this year. I was moved to a different grade and different content with curriculum I was not quite familiar with. I felt like my students weren't getting enough out of my teaching to apply it to their upcoming benchmark assessment. However when I got their results back 100% of my students showed growth and 80% surpassed their goal.
What would you do with the $25,000?With careful planning and a focus on both educational value and student enjoyment, $25,000 could provide some truly enriching and memorable learning experiences for my students. I'd aim for a variety of field trips throughout the year to expose students to different cultures, environments, and career paths.
