I was a child with AuDHD who was overlooked because I worked extremely hard to get B's. I strive to be the teacher that I so desperately needed as a child. I am a teacher for all of the underdogs in this world.
Tell us about your most memorable teaching experienceI had a student who could barely recite the alphabet and over the 2 years that I worked with him, I saw his reading skills develop and blossom. Knowing I helped develop these skills made my heart feel so full!
What would you do with the $25,000?I would use the money to open up a gallery in my small town, where I will also teach art classes to children with disabilities and their families.
