Because I wanted every child to feel special and believe in themselves. I didn’t have that as a child in school. I wanted to teach fast learners to “pause” so that their friends would have a chance to interject or not feel they are not as smart as those fast answering friends around them..
Tell us about your most memorable teaching experienceHaving a student come to class not speaking English, and being successful using translation app, helping the student feel special and comfortable knowing he was just as important to talk with and teach as any other child.
