Tell us why you became a teacher

I became a teacher because my mother saw me as a leader. I did not think I would initially be a teacher before entering college. However, after gaining experience with students and understanding how impactful I could be, I thought this could be the profession for me.

Tell us about your most memorable teaching experience

There are many memorable experiences but I have a personal one. Having the background knowledge of various concepts, I felt prepared when teaching my own son as a toddler. This helped him develop strong foundational skills that I am proud of until this day.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would like to give back to students that maybe in unfortunate situations (clothing, hygiene products, etc.) I would also like to pay off personal debt occurred to put an ease on my family.
