Each day, I strive to create a safe and welcoming environment where my students feel valued and supported. I believe that every child deserves a chance to thrive, regardless of their background or challenges. Teaching allows me to connect with my students on a personal level and to be a source of encouragement and strength in their lives and educational journey. Every student has a unique story, and being part of their journey is an honor and privilege I cherish deeply.

Tell us about your most memorable teaching experience

I have so many I can’t just pick one. Seeing my students grow and succeed, even in small steps, brings me immense joy. I am passionate about helping them develop their language skills and build confidence in themselves. Witnessing their progress, whether it’s learning to read for the first time or expressing their thoughts and feelings, is incredibly rewarding.

What would you do with the $25,000?

$25,000 would be such a blessing for my family and I. We would definitely use it to help put a down payment on purchasing our first home.
