I became a teacher because that is truly who I am. I started teaching dance at 12 but started teaching special education about 4 years ago. This year I moved to Kindergarten and I love it so much. It is truly my home.
Tell us about your most memorable teaching experienceMy favorite teaching moment was this year when one of my little boys( a ken) in my Barbie room learned to do most of his sounds to the alphabet and was so proud of himself and his entire face lit up.
What would you do with the $25,000?I have been trying to get a sensory/cool down room for our school I would use the money to help with that area. We have 2 buildings and need an area in each building and the sensory stuff is very costly!
