Education goes back generations as a profession in my family. I began working with children when I was only seventeen, a mere child myself, and I have been working with kids for over 26 years now.
Tell us about your most memorable teaching experienceThis is nigh impossible in 500 characters, but I think just being connected to years of siblings of children I taught years ago, even teaching the child of a former student, have all been memorable.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would love to use it as seeding for a foundation for a scholarship in honor of my grandmother, who was an influential educator in her own right in Louisiana.
