I love teaching as a male educator because I guide, inspire, and positively impact the lives of my students every day.

I became a teacher to pay it forward by inspiring and empowering the next generation. My own teachers profoundly shaped my life, and I want to provide that same guidance and support to my students. Teaching allows me to help my students realize their potential and achieve their dreams. It’s my way of creating a lasting, positive impact on individuals and the world around me.
Tell us about your most memorable teaching experienceMy most memorable teaching moment was teaching multiplication to my 4th graders. Watching their faces light up as they mastered concepts they initially found challenging was incredibly rewarding. One student, who struggled at first, proudly solved a tough problem in front of his class, earning applause from peers. Moments like these remind me of the joy and impact of teaching, as students build confidence and realize their own potential.
What would you do with the $25,000?Winning the $25,000 prize would help me build a strong foundation for my son by starting his educational savings and securing his future. It would also allow me to buy much-needed classroom supplies, as funding is limited, and create a better learning environment for my students. Lastly, I’d use it to pay off some educational debt, giving me the financial freedom to focus on my family and teaching.
