I have always enjoyed working with kids . My family has a long line of teachers going all the way back to my great grandparents who taught in a one room school house together. I think it’s important to support of youth and I am able to do that as an educator . I can make a difference in kids lives .
Tell us about your most memorable teaching experienceThe most memorable thing about teaching happens to me everyday as the relationships I built with kids continues to grow after they graduate . I go to see my students art exhibitions, I help them fill out college applications . I keep in touch on Facebook . I’m like a mom a friend and still a teacher to do many kids .
What would you do with the $25,000?I would use the money to help take some of the stress away from a home we are purchasing . Housing prices are really high and it would make a huge difference to have added money .
