I felt like if I enjoyed school more, I'd be a better student, and I believed I could make school more fun as a teacher as still be able to succeed.
Tell us about your most memorable teaching experienceMy first year as a teacher I had a student that I felt I like I could not reach. I asked for help from colleagues and administration but I felt like none of the things they offered helped. I took this challenge to figure out on my own and it helped shape who I am as a teacher today. This student wrote me a beautiful letter at the end of the year that brought me to tears. Now, I know there is always a way.
What would you do with the $25,000?Open a savings account for my newborn son, and donate to program that gives students scholarships to the school I work in.
