I became a teacher because I hated school as a child. School was incredibly difficult for me. Ifs somewhere I did not feel smart. I wanted to change that for kids that may feel like that.
Tell us about your most memorable teaching experienceOh my, there’s been so many. My first year teaching I was in tears over a behavior issue I had in my class. At the end of the year that student gave me a big hug.
What would you do with the $25,000?I’m not really sure. I would love to use part of it for my class, part for my family and part to give away.
