In my last semester of college I was sexually assaulted violently disrupting my learning greatly I dropped 3 out of 6 courses saddening me because learning and acquiring new knowledge is the greatest gift in life. Once you learn something that can never be taken away from you. Part of my education was taken away, inspiring me to become a teacher, I truly love to learn and want to pass it on, to inspire kids to show them that education is the best thing for them even when life is painful.

It would be my Saturday brunch and study sessions;I made a homemade brunch with mini chocolate chips waffles, muffins and more, I created escape room for review for the FLCE for my governemnts students, seeing my students that wouldnt stay after school for anything or participate in class come to a Saturday school function was amazing, seeing my students use their agency to learn makes me so inspired. I just want to create a learning enviroment to reach the most kids as possible they deserve it.

I would use the 25,000 in a couple of ways, I would put some away for grad school to help me be a better teacher and the rest I use on my students. I work at a Title 1 public charter and the majority of my students have not left JAX and I would like to set up a field trip to Washington DC for my government class to see the federal gov. up close and personal, I would use part of it to make sure my classroom was fully stock with nutrition snacks to promote brain health and help my students focus
