Tell us why you became a teacher

Since 5th grade I have thought that I should become a teacher and I became a teacher because I believe that education is the greatest force to change the future. I enjoy motivating students to learn Mathematics and Technology, helping them develop important skills for their lives and careers. For me, teaching is not just a profession, but a mission to positively influence the younger generations and the development of society.

Tell us about your most memorable teaching experience

I have 12 years of experience as a teacher of Mathematics and Technology and 7 years as a trainer for educational and technological programs. E-learning Kosovo Award 2018 – 1st place by Bit-Kosova, BIT-Austria and MASHT Distinguished Teacher in Kosovo – MEST 2024. With students: 2024: 7th place in coding (Europe), 9th place (World). 2023 & 2024: 1st place in robotics (Kosovo). I would also invest this amount in educating young people with: 1. Educational Projects – Creating a technology lab for students or organizing competitions and trainings to increase interest in STEM. 2. Investing in Equipment – ​​Purchasing modern equipment such as educational robots, laptops or interactive tools to improve the learning process. 3. Educational Start-up – Opening an online platform or training center to help teachers and students develop digital skills.
