I became a teacher so I could make an impact on my students' lives through education and science. Nothing makes my heart happier than to see them to be able to carry their successful from high school to college and earn the degree of their dreams!
Tell us about your most memorable teaching experienceI had a student who struggled all year. I was committed to finding a way to help him and have more confidence in himself. Through all my hard work and his, he passed the hard state mandated test and my class. He cried tears of joy because he needed that test in order to graduate.
What would you do with the $25,000?I definitely would put that money down on a much needed new home for my family that I am unable to afford on my teacher salary.
