I became a teacher to help our next generations learn and grow. I want them to know that someday be believes in them and is cheering them on in whatever they dream of becoming.
Tell us about your most memorable teaching experienceMy most memorable teaching experience would probably last year. We had a treatment agreement in our class and we added “grace” in the middle. We talked about what it meant to offer grace. My students modeled this all year and have continued to do so in their classes this year. As a kindergarten teacher, I feel that while academics are important, students also need to know how to be kind human beings.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would use the $25,000 to update my classroom with flexible seating and an corner of the classroom for SEL/calm down area.
