I became a teacher because I wanted to have a positive impact on children's lives. I love developing relationships with my students and their family. Knowing that my work to teach my students to love learning has a lifetime affect on each one of them motivates me to do my best and be my best each and every day!
Tell us about your most memorable teaching experienceOne of my most memorable teaching experiences would be when I have taught my students to read. Each one of them has a breakthrough moment at their own time and being able to witness that is one of the most special moments ever. Since I have taught so long I have seen several "aha!" moments that are so sweet, I cherish those. Something else that touches my heart is teaching kids how to be friends.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would take our family on a vacation to Spain and Italy and save the rest for my retirement.
