Register NowAs a child in the 70s with a learning disability school was never easy. I would cry because everything was so hard. Then l got Mrs. Cafferty she changed everything. She took the time to teach me how to use my disability to my avantage. Mrs. Cafferty not only gave me the tools to learn but taught me how to use them. From that moment on l loved school and l wanted to be the teacher who changed a person view of themselves.
Tell us about your most memorable teaching experienceI was teaching 4th grade. We were learning about insects. Tye whole school was assigned an insect to hatch. My class got the praying mantis. We read books learned the parts of bug everything. You would think in al the books we read they would of told you that the babies will eat each other after birth of not separated. Hatching day comes the class is excited they start hatching. Then they start eating. Omg The girls are crying boys are cheering. I am thinking why me!!!
What would you do with the $25,000?I would use some to pay down my debt Then l would like to start a small scholarship for the students in my inner city school to help pay for college books.
