Learn MoreI became a teacher because I was inspired by a couple of teachers in my childhood education. I had a teacher in elementary school that brought so much life to the classroom. I vividly remember so many positive interactions with my teacher that left me feeling inspired and motivated. In middle school I had an amazing math teacher that made the concepts feel so easy to understand. He made me comfortable with math to the point that I advanced in math in my high school education.
Tell us about your most memorable teaching experienceI had a student who dreaded coming to school at the beginning of the year. I tried everything to help him transition to our new kinder classroom. By the end of the month he loved school and had turned around his behavior and attitude towards school.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would save the money as a deposit to buy a home for my mother.
