Tell us about your most memorable teaching experienceI had a student that refused to speak for over 3 years. Each day I encouraged him to do new things. I love Garfield the cat and every week I would bring in a different Garfield. I would se and talk about him and he would play with him. One day he was sitting in the corner and I thought I heard him say something. I walked over and asked Garfield if Isacc was being nice to him. He held the cat up infront of his face and said yes, loud & clear!! He gave him a hug & smiled!! I cried happy tears!!
What would you do with the $25,000?With this money I would be able to get things for my grade level that the district can not afford. Science and math manipulatives.
