I played soccer my whole life and was lucky enough to play in college. Spring semester of senior year of college after my last season, I started student teaching. After having soccer to motivate me to keep better myself my whole life, I was nervous about life after soccer. Teaching filled that void immediately and continues to allow me to grow as a teacher and person.
Tell us about your most memorable teaching experienceI have made one of the best friends I have ever had in a colleague. All my best memories include the shenanigans we get into with our classes. I can’t pick just one because there are so many, but it keeps the days fun and interesting for us and the kids!
What would you do with the $25,000?I was recently married and my husband and I would love to redo the basement in our fixer upper to make it a better place for our future kids.
