I became a teacher because after being in the design industry for over 14 years I wanted to give back and help others overcome the same challenges and struggles I had faced to better prepare their skills and their abilities to understand their career for the future.
Tell us about your most memorable teaching experienceBeing able to teach students that are neurodiverse who never thought they could succeed, helping them achieve their career skills then fulfill their dream of graduating and finding jobs is very rewarding and I want to continue helping these students make their dreams come true.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would invest the funding into educational aspects to aid in my gaining knowledge and skills to stay up to date with technology trends and ensure I provide the most relevant education possible to my students. My students come first.
