Register NowI became a teacher because growing up I always had a love for learning! My love for special education started in high school when I befriended many students in the life skills classroom and began spending my lunches siting with them and getting to know them.
Tell us about your most memorable teaching experienceMy most memorable teaching experience is the day I went on maternity leave with my daughter and had a little “baby shower” with my class. My students designed little onesies for her to wear. I made sure to put her in each one and take a picture to send to them. The excitement and happiness they felt melted my heart. I was so glad I got to experience this life moment with them.
What would you do with the $25,000?If I won the $25,000, I would pay off some of my student loan debt, so that I have more money to grow my family and make more memories with my daughter and husband.
