I became a teacher because I saw the need for positive role models, caring and compassionate interactions between teachers and students with their families, and I wanted to build the education system up. I believe in providing opportunities for success to ALL students, regardless of socioeconomic status and ethnic background. Every child in this country deserves a right to education and the right to better themselves, bringing their families UP.
