I became a teacher because of my third grade teacher. She was kind and caring, but also had very high expectations. She always expected you to do your best. "I can't" wasn't an option. But you knew that she really cared for you and wanted you to succeed.
Tell us about your most memorable teaching experienceOne of my most memorable experiences was when a student grew from a Level 2 (below grade level) at the beginning of the year to a Level 5 (above grade level) at the end of the year. When I told him I was so proud of him, he replied that it was all me, he could never have done it on his own.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would pay off my mom's roof.
