Register NowI became a teacher because I wanted to be part of something bigger. I’ve had experiences with bad teachers and I wanted to be a teacher who can connect with my students.
Tell us about your most memorable teaching experienceThis is my first year teaching, but the most memorable thing I’ve experienced so far was when I was having kind of a rough day and I didn’t think I was doing a “good enough” job for my students. My students show up to school and the first thing one of them does is hand me a note they made for me while at home. It made me realize I am doing good and I am able to show my students that I love them.
What would you do with the $25,000?The money would go towards my house. It’s older and needs some TLC. I’d also put some down on the mortgage!
