I was going to Medical school and working in a prefreshman summer program (HEOP) as a tutor. I was told by the instructor I would be a good teacher. I gave it a try and was hooked
Tell us about your most memorable teaching experienceTeaching an AP course I created a lab which allowed students to investigate gas prices and pollution in their local areas. It was a great lab, with students commenting that they”wanted to learn more”.
What would you do with the $25,000?Use it to purchase more demonstrations for the students in my school. My district is in a very poor area and they don’t get many chances to see the science around them. The money would help that.
