What is your favorite part of being an educator?

I love seeing my students accomplish tough learning, challenging readings and difficult policy discussions. When they find their own political voice that is such a win. My least favorite was when our school caught on fire a year ago in the early morning- yet seeing the grit of our students trying to make a partial building work has been inspiring 💕
