I became a teacher to benefit my child’s life. I was a single mom working a job that took too much time and energy away from my child. I’ve always excelled in math, and I loved coaching basketball, so I became a math coach. A teacher, if you will.

My most memorable teaching experience was hearing a student at the podium while delivering her graduation speech. She said “and if it wasn’t for Juni, I never would have passed statistics.” Then she handed me a rose.

I would pay off my student loans and take my new husband on a honeymoon. With whatever is left over, I am hoping to buy a new computer and tablet set to make learning virtually less of a challenge.
