Register NowI didn't really know what I wanted to be when I went to college, but I knew that I loved learning and books. My grandma was a teacher in a small rural town, and growing up I would listen to her stories of teaching in that time period and they were fantastic. After my first year of college, I realized that teaching was in my blood and that was what I wanted to do with my life.
Tell us about your most memorable teaching experienceThere have been so many memorable experiences in my career, but the moments when I see my students' face light up with excitement, understanding, and joy are the best! These are the moments I live for as a teacher.
What would you do with the $25,000?The first thing I would do is take a vacation to somewhere warm and sandy. I also have a son that will be a senior in college, and I would like to be able to help him pay for his final year of school.
